This website, located at, is operated by Mr R McNaught & Ms S Sloan, also known as Data Controllers for the purpose of the new GDPR regulations  effective 25th May 2018. A Data Controller for the Anchor Hotel Kippford is someone who holds ‘data’ for the purpose of conducting a booking or service.

The aforementioned are also known as Data Processors as your information may be shared with third parties in the process of executing a booking or taking payment for services provided. How your information may be stored, used or shared is explained below.
